Genesis is an independent, private, 501 (c) (3) not-for-profit company in Clayton County, GA that provides a non-insurance, medical and mental health care discount program for individuals who are single or married (with or without children), entrepreneurs, employer/employee, self-employed, high deductibles immigrants (citizens and non-citizens), and others to serve as an affordable health care financing option.
Membership Details:
- Initial Membership Fee: $99.00 individual and additional adult $50.00 (non-refundable one-time fee)
- Family Annual Membership Fee: $299.00 (non-refundable one-time fee)
This fee covers the primary member, spouse, and up to four children. For each additional child beyond four, there is a $25.00 extra fee per child. - Lab Services: $30.00 (include but not limited to): UA (Urinalysis), CMP (Comprehensive Metabolic Panel), CBC (Complete Blood Count), A1C (Hemoglobin A1C), TSH (Thyroid Stimulating Hormone), Lipid Panel.
- Additional Family Members: $50.00 per family member per month

- Pre-paid and Non-refundable: All plans are pre-paid and non-refundable. They are automatically renewed until canceled by the employer.
- Employer-Sponsored Health Insurance: Employers have the option to sponsor health insurance for their employees.
- Membership Fee: Varies depending on enrollment of employees.
- Flexibility: Additional members can be added to the group at any time or canceled before the next billing cycle.
- Tax Compliance: Employers are advised to consult their CPA or tax office regarding state and federal tax compliance.
